My complaint:

I contacted dg about my help washer dryer. Caught in a loop on the phone wasting busy, try the web only to go to the web where I was redirected back to the phone as no engineers in the area.Eventually got through and was given a phone number to make my own repair appointment- waited in a massive phone queue to be told they didn’t deal with beko. Furious! Contacted dg again, given another phone number. Rang thgerm. They are closed at the weekend so I will have to wait till Tuesday ‘re built monday. I thought I paid the policy for the staff to make appointments within a reasonable time. 5 hours wasted today and I still have to make my own appointment. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Suggested solution:

1-ensure web page works
2- answer the phone, do not refer back to web
3- have engineers in the local area
4- give accurate information to custo.ers
5- book an engineer for me within a reasonable timescake
