My complaint:
I have been paying monthly for an insurance on washing machine but when repaid engineer arrived would not change rubber seal on washing machine as I needed to pay £25 as it had mould and apparently you do not insure unless it is broken
A while ago had the same problem and iit was replaced with no fee?
