My complaint:
Christmas morning my oven did not heat. The fan and the Orange light were on. Phoned but no-one there. Phoned next day. Call could not be taken. Eventually an agent sent a form to Hottpoint engineers to fix I as I had a £70 turkey to cook. Also my husband is severely disabled and I am his 247 carer and cannot leave him at any time. Told to book appointment online which gave me 3rd January! After many futile phone calls ,emaiks, chats to yourselves and Hotpoint was told there was nothing they could do but out me on the cancellation list. Turkey has had to go in the bin now and I am trying to feed my husband as best as I can with another week BEFORE engineer calls. I have paid insurance in this appliance for 5 years but I wonder why!

Apology compensation for £70 turkey and an engineer before 3 January please.
