My complaint:
The DG website makes it overly difficult to cancel a policy.
The help pages within My Account do not mention how to cancel and the pages do not offer a search function.
You would expect to be able to cancel a policy for a product within the product details page but there is no mention of how to do this.
Suggested solution:
At least make one of the FAQ's How do I cancel my policy
