My complaint:
This Dollar General is an absolute joke! I can’t believe how down hill this store has came since the let their Manager and assistant manger leave. Instead of keeping the hard working employees it now has a drug addict for a manager and an assistant manager who spends more time hiding in the bathroom then actually doing their job leaving one employee to run the store and register. Then That employee has an attitude towards customers when they need help. Several times now my self and others have been in the store and its a mess, nothing on the shelves, and no employee insight. The employees spend more time standing around gossiping about each other then actually doing any work. I really do believe that if cooperate would step in and address this issue and hire employees that want to work instead of doing drugs in the parking lot then this store could turn around. Our small town really needs this store that the only reason it still gets any business at this point. I hope that my concern actually gets taken seriously if not i fear for the future of Dollar General in our town.
