My complaint:
Please have the manager run the pan handlers off and have them trespassed, so if they show back up they can be arrested. They are horrible at this location. One black gentleman stands over there every morning screaming at everyone and threatens them. I think the employees are scared of him and dont make him leave. Please have the employees tell them, they cant hang out in the parking lot. If they call the police all they have to do, is tell them to trespass them, and they can be arrested if they come back on the property. As a female it is scary to walk by them, and be harrassed.
Suggested solution:
Have the manager and employees make them leave the property if they are not shopping. Don't let people hang out in front of the store.
