My complaint:
My work hours don’t let me get to store until a hour before closing and almost every time I get there I am followed through store being told I need to hurry up Becouse they want to close. This is always within a hour of closing like I said and tonight was no different except when I finally got to check out I was told I couldn’t purchase anything Becouse she closed out her register and was told to get there earlier or don’t come at all. I finally got to check out and wanted to add cash to my cash app card and they got extremely angry and told me my card was defective when it is not. I tryd to explain to them them they wasn’t doing it right. They just didn’t want to bother doing it. One of them told me that this store don’t even do that any way. And was told if I didn’t leave the store emediatly they would call police and permanently tress pass me from the property. 2 days before my mother and grandmother was treated in the same horrible manner. My grandmother was told if she couldn’t hurry it up she would have to leave the store
I just ask that these issues be resolved with all of the extremely rude staff. There is no place in a store for such rude. Offensive. Disrespectful. Hateful attitudes towards customers. It really got under my skin knowing my grandma and my mom was treated like they where let alone myself. Thank you
