My complaint:
I have been in Dollar General in Conneaut several times and have had terrible experiences each time I go in. I only go there when I don’t want to drive to Ashtabula. The clerks there are rude and have insulted me when I go in the store. I am almost at a place where they will lose my business. I am a human being and have been disrespected on a continuous basis.
Suggested solution:
I wanted to let upper management know about it. I don’t know if it can be solved. I hope so. It seems the staff needs an attitude adjustment.
