My complaint:
There were two female employees in the store at the time of my visit. The clerk on the register had a difficult time ringing purchases using EBT card. The clerk (female) call Amy who came up to help. Cursing/swearing that she had to figure out the same process when she started. How (Fxxxg) stupid it was. The clerk called Amy twice again for the same customer. After finally ringing the customer up she proceeded to talk about someone who came in earlier (she knew) and the turned around and walked out. The clerk proceeded to raise her middle finger and state she didn’t give a (daxx). There were children at the front counter while both employees dropped the F word several times. With nearly 8-10 people in line waiting to be served. I will be avoiding this Dollar General.

The administrative staff need major customer service training. NO PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL
