My complaint:
the store manager in okay oklahoma is very much unprofessional to customers and her employees. i’ve seen her belittle employees in front of customers. she’s very rude everytime i’m in there with my grandson she’s always outside on the phone smoking a nasty cigarette she don’t even wash her hands before going back in and dealing with customers or touching items. there will be a long line and she won’t even help the person on the register. y’all need to get a new manager in there asap
