My complaint:
It was 5:45pm and as I approached front end there was no employee so I asked older lady who was stocking if I could get cigarettes she was so nice and said sure . As we were walking to front a young man came out of the office I put my stuff on counter 2 items and he told me I could have used self check out . I’m not happy if he doesn’t want to do his job then you need to find someone else to work there I needed cigs so I couldn’t do check out and why is your cashier telling me to do his job

Tell cashier not to tell customers to use self check out
