My complaint:
I complained 6 months ago, handicapped parking was not marked properly! Blue painted area faded, no signs on post! People are just parking in both parking spaces! NO RESPECT for handicapped folks. I have a van with a ramp, if I park out in parking lot and someone pulls on side of me, I can’t open my ramp door! I have to wait til they come out!! They just revamped the store, painted handicapped parking. The out 2 plastic handicapped signs up. Two days the wind tore them off!!!
The last time I parked in handicapped parking space a car pulled in the middle an blocked me from getting in. I will contact ADA if DG doesn’t correct this. I have filed this complaint thru (complaint.biz)
Suggested solution:
Make sure the handicapped parking is properly marked with the high visibile blue paint and metal handicapped signs that everyone else uses! That's a simple fix
