My complaint:
The store itself is falling apart. It seems as if the manager is really a manger. She’s barely at work and when she is she’s always high on marijuana. She doesn’t know how to talk to costumer. I’ve noticed she’s lost some of the best employees as well. Those employees would be the ones who normally closes the store.
Suggested solution:
Get a new manager and hire the old employees back. I think Jessica Middleton would make a great manager.
