My complaint:

I arrived at 9:15AM. Walked to the store. There was a notice that the store would open between 8 and 9 on the door. An employee arrived a few minutes later, but she was new and did not have a key. She informed me that the manager was away for the week. Another employee with key arrived about 9:20. He asked if I was there to shop, and I told him yes. He said I would have to wait outside for another 10 minutes while he got the store ready. I am in my 70’s and had already been standing for some time. I walked back home. The store opened late, the sign was not correct, and I felt that I wasn’t treated right by being asked to wait further outside.

Speak to the employee that did not open the store on time, and the way I was treated outside.
