My complaint:
Manager is very rude when asked about out of stock items. After responding rudely to customers she mocks customer to coworkers using vulgar language and comments. I am not the customer but I have witnessed this behavior more than once and it should be addressed.
Suggested solution:
Customer relations training
Order adequate amounts of product
