My complaint:
I go to the store alot .I have witnessed, your manager at naples yelling at her people infront of customers, I have seen her outside smoking all the time. She complains all the time .she even fires her people through text messages. I will not shop there again until she is gone .she is mean.
Suggested solution:
Check the store out you will see her outside smoking all the time.i think the girl she fired should come back she was nice
