My complaint:
The shelves are always bare and items are sitting in a cart in the isle’s. I have been told that dollar general only allows so many employees. it is not possible for the person running the register to put stock away and they have a designated employee to work on stock but they are only aloud a small amount of hours. This is a new store that would bring in lots of money if the shelves were kept full. Also this has been this way since way before the pandemic and also in the old store.
Suggested solution:
Hire more people. You built a nice big store with lots of shelves so order quantities should increase compared to old store.
