My complaint:
I went into the Dollar General to get pads that were wrapped in a three pack special.for $7.00. The manager that was waiting on me at the cash register proceeded to ring the 3 pack up three times. When I questioned her why she was ringing it up three times, she said, Because you’re buying three of them. I told her that it was supposed to be sold like that because they were wrapped up like that. She said, No they’re not they’re sold separate. I then told her never mind and I walked out the door. She had a very bad attitude and was telling the customers about the people that worked there. She said two quit that week, and that they needed 10 more people, but nobody wanted to work. If customers have complaints like this that her employees have to deal with because of her, I can see why she doesn’t have any employees. Any good manger would have said that they would of given it to the customer at that price, because it was wrapped that way and otherwise that would have been false advertisement. I know better to never shop there again. I know how to report things to the BBB as I used to work for them. I will make sure that they know.
