My complaint:
I enjoy Dollar General and shopping there for the merchandise you carry.
Your store on East Brainerd Rd. is in a HUGE state of disarray! There is no stock room so carts of merchandise block the aisle and bins of broken down boxes litter the walkway in front of the store. The employees are wonderful but to shop at this location is like shopping in a 3rd world country! Because of lack of a stock room the store looks nasty, dirty and cluttered. For security of the employees this store is a dream for a shoplifter or robber. Our community in East Brainerd deserve a better Dollar General. Please send someone from your corporate office out to assess this store! It is in critical need!
Suggested solution:
Relocate the store to a location that can properly handle the stock and trash!
