My complaint:

My sister in law Anna Strouik refugee immigrant from Ukraine, went to the dollar general store on hwy 31 south in Brewton Alabama on 26 September 2023 at around 9am. She went to the coffee and the price said $3.95 when she got to the counter the cashier said$7.00. Anna showed the cashier the picture of the price where she got the coffee, the cashier said it’s still seven dollars, then the manager came from out of she/he/him/her/ it’s office and said no the price is $7.00. Anna does not speak much English, she did not understand what the human (we could bot tell if it was a man or woman, seriously)so Anna went outside to my wife waiting in the car and asked her to please come inside and help her, when my wife came into the store ro help, the manager (woman/man) said for them to leave the store he/she did not have to sell them anything, my wife started explaining to Anna in their native language about what the manager was saying, she/him then got mad and said you are talking about me in your languageand then threw the bag of coffee onto the floor and said I will not sell you anything in this store. I want this manager reprimanded or fired or I will hire a lawyer and proceed with filing a lawsuit against your store for discrimination against a refugee. Your managers action are reprehensible, we want a full apology from this person for her/his rude disrespect

Suggested solution:

A public apology or we will sue for discrimination
