My complaint:
On 09/30/2023 @ about 5:15 am I was getting a shopping cart from a neighboring business when I heard someone scream to put it back. I ignored the person and continued on. The lady followed me to the rear of the neighboring store and proceeded to scream at me. I tried to tell her that I am homeless and I dumpster dive as a means to survive. The lady claimed she was recording me and proceeded to call me a homeless scumbag and my friend that was with me she called a cart pushing dope head and tells us we are no longer welcome at her store and to never come back.
But this is my 2nd altercation with this lady, she pulled into the driveway of the abandoned apartments where I stay and asked why the dollar general buggy was here and threatened to have me arrested for the buggy as I tried to tell her I wasn’t responsible for the buggy being here as it wasn’t in front of the apartment I stay in. I am requesting for you to get a copy of the video from this morning incident and review it so you can see how this lady speaks to the less fortunate customers and then I would like for her to lose her job.
Suggested solution:
I would like to see her lose her job so that she can\'t treat others this way nor talk down to them
