My complaint:
I Was racially profiled by a manager at Dollar General, when I ask to speak to a higher manager she got upset and called the police. I was only trying to speak with the higher manager because she had told me that I was identified by the police for a theft, that happened at several dollar generals.
My daughter went to Dollar General and she start harassing her. Telling her that she’s on the no trust passing list and she could not shop there. I have called and made a complaint several times. No results, still waiting for a call back.
The issue is she lied, racially Profiled me for a crime that I did not commit. and now she saying she never seen my daughter. ..This should not be acceptable.
Suggested solution:
The no trust passing should be drop and she should apologize for accusing me for theft because it was someone else. And also apologize for harassing my daughter because she didn\'t have anything to do with the issue either. She a child.
