Discord has no phone support at all: help runs through the support site at support.discord.com, where you submit a request under the category that fits your problem, and through the support email in our data, support@discordapp.com. Discord is a US company with users worldwide and it operates no regional phone lines anywhere, so any number claiming to be a Discord helpline is not Discord. Search results and social media replies offering one are a known scam pattern.

When you write in, give your user ID rather than just your username, the email address on the account, the platform you use and screenshots with timestamps. Keep the description short and factual, and keep the ticket number you get back. Report a suspension or an appeal turned down here, and we push it out by email, on social media and by printed letter.

Appeal a Discord ban through the appeal route on Discord's support site, choosing the appeal category and giving your user ID, the email on the account and a short, factual explanation of why the action was wrong. Do not create a new account to argue about the old one: ban evasion is itself a violation and it usually ends the appeal before anyone reads it.

A server ban and an account ban are two different things. A server ban is the decision of that server's owner and moderators, and Discord will not overturn it, so that appeal goes to the server staff. An account ban or disabled account is Discord's own decision. Keep the case number and every reply. An appeal refused with no reason given is worth raising here, and we take it to Discord for you.

Report a message, a user or an entire server to Discord's Trust and Safety team: inside the app you can report a message directly from the message itself, and the support site takes fuller reports where you paste message links and attach screenshots. Turn on Developer Mode in Discord settings first so you can copy user IDs and message links, because a report that links to the exact messages is handled far faster than one that describes them.

If the report involves a child, a threat of violence or a crime in progress, contact the police as well and do not wait for Discord: in the US that includes reporting child exploitation to the NCMEC CyberTipline. Save your evidence before you block anyone, since blocking can hide the messages you still need. Raise it through our complaint process too: others reporting the same account or server can back your case up.

Refund requests for Discord Nitro, server boosts and shop purchases go to Discord support under the billing category, with the transaction ID from your billing history and the date of the charge. Discord can refund a recent Nitro purchase in some cases, and a refund becomes much less likely once the perks have been used, so ask as soon as you see the charge.

Where you bought it decides who refunds it: a subscription bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play is refunded by Apple or Google rather than by Discord, and a charge you never authorized at all is also a matter for your card issuer. Cancel the subscription first so it cannot renew while the refund request is still open.
