My complaint:

On the 14th June whilst messaging friends, I was suddenly logged out of my account, and when trying to log back in I received the message of Your account has been disabled. I immediately checked my email, to find an email from discord stating Your account directly posted non-consensual intimate imagery (also known as revenge porn), or was involved in servers dedicated to such content.

On mobile, discords support page requires you to log in, which obviously is not possible with a disabled account. I sent an email, and the next morning created a support ticket on PC.

16th June 2021, Received a message from Trini (Discord Trust and Safety representative) stating that I violated their TOSCommunity guidelines and should refer to the first email, which is vague.

After asking if the support member was a human and for evidence of what happened, I was greeted with the message This is a human responding, We can not share the details of our investigation. I immediately responded asking for clarification upon my ban reason, was it me that directly sent revenge porn or was I in the wrong place at the wrong time? I have yet to receive a response.

Suggested solution:

I should be provided with full evidence of the reasoning behind my account being disabled (Screenshots) and they should start doing the same for others. I should be told what server this happened in and the timestamps of the incident. Discords refusal to share the outcome of their investigation is dishonest and there is no proof that there even was an investigation in the first place. If my account was not involved in the posting in intimate imagery, my account should be unbanned.
