My complaint:

I’ve sent three forms of identification and they still haven’t released my child funds. The wait time to speak to a representative is over two hours long. Representatives are saying to call social security during a pandemic knowing that social security has nothing to do with their debt cards. They’re giving me a hard time for benefits that are due to my child..
