My complaint:
My card got lost they sent me one that said invalid card number it took 2 days of persistent calling and waiting to find out that they had to send another card out it gets sent to wrong address now I finally talked to them I had to send a copy of my Id and that’s not good enough they want a form from the SSI office which they said they don’t send out now here I am it’ll be 10 days before I possibly get another card n some help the cards are costing me I got no way to pay my bills or buy me something to eat n they refuse to help that is when I’m lucky to even get ahold of someone on the phone period worse experience I have ever had dealing with there staff
Suggested solution:
Call or email me back n let me use the emergency direct express option n send me a card to the address that I can provide to them before the weekend
Direct express card and website are dont fully understand me when I’m talking to a foreigner. English between them n me is very annoying.
