My complaint:

0421 filed dispute with direct express over 2 charges on my acct.cause my card had been stolen…they denied complaint saying they didn’t see where it was fraud..and told me to file police report which I did 52021
and they requested report and I sent them one..I still haven’t heard anything..I’ve called several times and have been told the same thing. That someone will get ahold of me. Nobody has called. Sent email or text.. We are talking 4 months of this crap…the 2 charges totaled 216.00…can you please help..thanks Sonia Harshfield. 502 4179387
