My complaint:

There are at least 4 atm transactions that I did not make. The card has never left my possession. They never answer the phone. It is my belief that they are the ones committing the identity theft, based upon dozens of complaints of the same nature And I want to prove it.

Communicate! Send me a printed out statement showing all questionable transactions and locations.
