My complaint:

I called the customer service number several times and stay on the line for hours never got no answer I don’t understand this at all I have pending transaction that should have come back to me and I have not received it and I was trying to get customer service for 3 days straight and still no answer I would like to be able to call and get some answer on this transaction and I still cannot get anyone what kind of business is this I get my monthly benefits on here and I can get customer service

By straightening out customer service first and hire people that wants to do their job because my money it very important to me so please look into this matter and return my money back on my card this very stressful it needs to be better customer service
