My complaint:
To who it may concern, I was locked up and someone took over 2000 dollars from my card and I have given them paperwork showing this! They said after two times they can’t look more in the issue and I would have to take a loss of 2,400 dollars because the people like, pretrial, bonds,etc didn’t pick up which was told by them they pick up if they not on the phone, which I asked if could try again because the email or fax I was given wasn’t making it to the direct Express office so I mailed the dates showing when they did the transactions I was locked up from June 2 to November 21 so please believe I been without food and a place to live since they haven’t help and hope you can help me..
Suggested solution:
I'm hoping to God someone else over the company can override there decision and I can get my money because I get SSI for bipolar disorder and ADHD sleeping disorder..so as soon as you can please 🙏 get me my money back and I can help prosecute whoever did this..
