Direct Express complaint: Refuse to reimburse my money that was stolen of my card

My complaint:

My direct express card was stolen on the 27th of December 2023 I tried to call to report my card stolen and could never talk to a live agent because they ask you for your last four of your social security number and then your pin i enter my pin and you it kept say wrong pin I know my PIN number who ever stole my card stole my driver license my social security card and other cards I had in my wallet so I go to the social security office and talk to a agent and apply for another social security card and the agent at social security office said that she emailed direct express and they will reach out to me in about two hours never did they call me I kept call daily and could never get through the I finally got in touch with someone on the 8th of January 2024 and submitted my claim weeks later they denied my claim I filled another claim and was denied one again I sent a police report to them they said the money was took of my card at some bank on two separate deposit iam I did not never made them transaction please help me iam about to get evicted be on the streets for someone talking my money

Suggested solution:

By investigating my claim and returning my funds back to my account they need to go to the bank and pull up the transaction and see who did it iam will to testify on who ever took my mobey
