On February 28, 2020 I got a notification that my card was charged $35.65 that I didn’t authorize I called to dispute the claim and was told to call back on the March 6, 2020 to make the claim because it had just happen. I spoke to *** and she gave me the fax number to send my paperwork back ****. I called in on the 24th of March to check the status and was told by *** that the fax number was the wrong number so I had to send to another number **** it took several attempts for it to finally go through. **** instructed me to send all my paperwork plus the fax I sent on the 16th of March making sure the paperwork was sent in on time. I also talked to to *** on the 24th of March and was told it didn’t make a difference the paperwork would have gotten to the right place. I have also called and talked with **** and just like **** nobody would transfer me to a Supervisor because he is unavailable a Supervisor is never available to talk too. The most of the operator’s are rude and always have to transfer the call.
