My complaint:
I’m not sure where to start but I will start with my 1st complaint. Is? Every time I try to call direct express you wait online for hours and hours only to get a hold of absolutely nobody. I am disabled so I do a lot of online shopping and direct express seems to find it necessary to keep locking me out of my own cards that have. My own money on them and i’m and it is becoming a Really big problem for me and very discouraging. I understand that these things happen, but when an event like this happens repeatedly every single month at least 52tentimesit’sjusttiringandoldatthispointespeciallywhenyoucan’tgetanybodyonthelinetohelpyouout.
Suggested solution:
They could resolve my complaint by answering the phones are not locking my card. They are causing me a lot of mental English by sitting at the phone for hours hours to only get ahold of absolutely nobody and the mobile app does. Not let you really do that much on it to where you can do anything really
