My complaint:

Direct Express lost my card on December 2nd for unauthorised users that I did not complain about so they was supposed to unblock it because there was an error then on December 25th I did get a notification that I would be getting deposit on December 30th for my January 2022 benefits on January 1st 2022 my car was again block with my benefits on them and I’m not able to access my benefits nor can I get anyone to re-issue me a new car or take the block off of the card direct express has refused but they have my money they also have money left over from my December benefits because they said the car was blocked so they did not allow me to utilize all of my benefits

Suggested solution:

Release all of my benefits immediately I will take whatever benefits may be missing while my car was blocked because all of my benefits are not on my card at this point they're telling me I only have a balance of $230 so my benefits from January are not posted
