My complaint:
Someone hacked my card,and stole over1,000$ in Julyaugust.Direct express is a horrible company.Customer service number is a failure.No email for customers,Website useless,FDIC will not cover losses for unauthorized transactions,Not a member of theBBB,The BBB rates them anFI want my money back or there better be an extremely good answer from a REAL person!
Suggested solution:
Investigate,keep me in contact, and return my money!It is possible that people should be fired over this.
