My complaint:

My card becomes frozen every month from using it for purchases I do regularly and I ask them to note this in my account and still every month this happens and then it takes me a total of 48 hours on the phone to get it fixed.

Suggested solution:

It takes two key strikes they never do it the automatic system hangs up on me all day and night
