Direct Express complaint: Funds transfer

My complaint:

On 2 occasions I tried a transfer of funds into my savings account.
Submitted routing and accounts. Gave ation but disappeared before writing down Came back as credited to account no explanation. Customer service( oxymoron) told me wait 3 business days. Funds come back next day. Finally after incompetent CS gives runaround for weeks told would have to send copy of ID Account info. Never told how to send. Just called again today. After runaround and being put on hold for about an hour I get level 2 whatever the hell that is. Looks up my account activity and said can’t find it. Really? States right on history 2 transactions for December to credit union credited back to Direct Express account so not wanting to argue I asked what do I do? Well I can do a one time transfer or wait for it …send copy of ID and account info in email link to link or verify account. Well obviously the one time transfer ain’t working but at this time I just wanna unload my $$ and get Direct Dep at credit union or bank.

Suggested solution:

First of all get properly trained CS
workers instead of nonresponsive person's on phone.
Should be able to explain why transfer not going through. And further more not give inconsistent
or confused information.
