My complaint:

My card was stolen in September and I did everything I was supposed to to prove it wasn’t me who spent the 843 dollars from my account but they have denied it citing matched my pattern of spending because the thief happened to shop at the lowes near me and target which I don’t ever shop at I submitted the police report and they refused to relook at it please help

Suggested solution:

Credit my account the amount that was stolen there are still photos and video of the gentleman who stole my card using it for said chargesx
