My complaint:

I just filed another dispute with them, and was told that they did not file the dispute for me. This is not the first time that I have turned in a fraud complaint to them, they just return a letter with no fraud found no fraud found. I don’t even think they investigate ( which they are supposed to do) I have probably had a few thousand dollars taken from my account without authorisation from me. They know I am on disability, that’s where my check comes from, they know how much I get a month and that all I basically pay are my bills every month. I recently in the last few days had them take all of my money out of my account and tell me thati am now overdrawn. I have turned in several disputes with them and even sent proof that it was not me and they still don’t seem to look into it. They wouldn’t even take a dispute this last time, and that was every cent I had in the bank. I asked to talk to someone in the hardship department after I was told that they would not take a dispute from me and they told me they couldn’t do that.. I am a disabled older woman, I am not trying to get money that isn’t mine. This last dispute was for money sent through Western Union, I called Western Union and they took the dispute and gave me a case number and asked that the bank fraud department call them so that I could get my money back and the bank fraud department said they are not allowed to call the Western Union fraud department. The way I found out was on the 7th of January 2022, at 9:30 I tried to order a pizza for supper and the cead was declined, and I know I had money in my account, so I called the banks auto teller and it said I was overdrawn. So I called the following day and they told me my account was overdrawn. I don’t even know who to contact about this situation. Please help

Suggested solution:

They should actually investigate every dispute that they have received from me that they have declined. And either have me press charges against whomever made the charges, or look into their own employees. Because they have been know to take money out of people's accounts
