My complaint:
There’s a lot to say but on October 1st my card was canceled for reasons unknown to me and for no reason at all actually the same day coincidentally my car was stolen it was found the next day by Baldwin Park sheriff’s department or highway patrol take money it cost to get out of towing was like $200 I had zero money until the end of October by that time my car was lost I lost my car because of this mistake on your part I also have quite a few charges on my card that aren’t mine I don’t know what else to say
Suggested solution:
Without making myself seem like, give me money the loss of my vehicle, and living on social security, $839:00 monthly, ive sunk lower than I was!! Because of direct Express s mistake, I'm late on all bills. Rent, utilities, food. I can't buy, so unfortunately I resorted to ask for loans from the few people I know, the sad part of all is buster, my sweet dog, has suffered much, he needs grooming, vet care, I feel helpless he looks at me with confusion, I'm sure he's not well I can go on how one wrong action on your side, is ending up with me and buster places inever expected to experience!
