My complaint:

In November 2021 there were numerous transactions I did not approve at an ATM in the same town I live in, 1 was for $500 and 1 for $300. I filed complaint got a new card this was on November 3, 2021. I was given a provisional credit. Then on December 28th they took it back and when I received my Disability the took it from my January check. They say because it was used within 7 miles of my home it was not fraud. I could not pay my rent or car payment so I am about to lose everything. The worst part is my Mother died Christmas Day(her name is Betty Riley in Hanford Ca, if you need to verify) and I could not afford to go to go say goodbye. I am disabled and I have people come help me sometimes and it doesn’t matter if the pay my bills for me they were never authorized to take my money. Please help me I am gonna loose everything

Suggested solution:

I want my $800 returned I am running out of time, I tried to talk with them but they are rude and uncaring. I keep trying to download proof from my online account but it will not let me, the online sight never works right these people are crooks
