Direct Express complaint: Dismissed my case without a proper investigation

My complaint:

I worked tirelessly to fax and give my information to the people from direct express card and first they said they put the information in and never did. I then was verbally abused by another operator and when I talked back to him and asked him not to speak to me like a ignorant person. He or someone in the office then denied my case without an investigation.

Suggested solution:

I want to be reimbursed money for my pain. 1 million dollars should be ok
