My complaint:
On 342023 or 352023 An Unauthorized payment from Verizon was taken from my direct express card of 8.14.00 in 4 with draws I put in a dispute with direct express on 3232023 I still haven’t heard anything they talking about they waiting on Verizon to give me my refund and they have until 30 days from the date I field my dispute which is redicious Bank of American Chase wycovia give you your money back right Verizon took the money off my SSI Payment I gave direct express the proper documents to surpport my case through email Verizon said my account was updated electronically with my card information which I never agreed to auto pay from the start they went to a card I used to pay my bill 2X these people was inconsiderate that It was my SSI check I cried I couldn’t pay my rent I never authorized Verizon to take any funds from none of my debt card over the phone or in person they closed out my account then took the unauthorized payments and sent the balance to collections which was 43dallors they took all my SSIcash except 20.00 I even try to dispute it with Verizon dispute team first they said there was a second dairy card on file used as a second back up card I never had any auto pay from the start for a first card to even have a second back up card they gave me the run around 3times then denied my money Back which I explained to direct express rep and they still talking about I have to wait 30days of the date the dispute was processed I had no food could not pay my rent so I contacted direct express card and did the dispute now it’s been a whole month sense Verizon took my money I keep calling for answers from direct express the investigation team keep saying the same thing this is unexceptiable they get no starts from me this is trouble they keep u on hold for hrs all they keep saying is it pending on my last call which was a couple of days ago I even talked to a supervisor who said she would sent them a notes to speed up my refund just about everyone complain about direct express I’m not the only one Social Security iAdministration also got complaints I need my money my rent is behind and direct express is stalling to pay me my refund i suffer from depression that’s why I get my SSI and these people are make it worst I’ve never been through so much hassle to get my refund I have a disability and the money Verizon took was my disability money I don’t work anywhere that’s all I get monthly can somebody help me im struggling at this point o get my refund from direct express unbelievable if more need please contact me Whitakertaylorstephanie@gmail.com

Refund me my funds immediately that was taken Unathorized stop waiting on Verizon have consideration of that the fact that I didn’t authorize those payments nor had Auto pay that shows with the supporting documents so I can pay my rent and buy me some food for my home
