Direct Express complaint: Won’t let me report stolen funds or unlock my account so I can monitor transactions.

My complaint:

lLocked my account claiming I tried my password too many times when I only tried it once. It was correct because not only did I have it written down, it was stored in my phone’s remember database.

Because I was locked out and it’s near impossible to get them on the phone, my stolen card was repeatedly used. I have paid for another, and they still won’t unlock that so I can monitor the transactions online. I didn’t know the card could be used without the pin number but was told it
was possible which to me makes no sense.

Every time I manage to get an agent on the phone, I’m always transferred when trying to resolve the issues of the fraudulent use of the card and how to get my account unlocked simply so I can monitor what’s going on with the account.

You can wait for hours for them to answer a transferred call. To this date, I have never had them pick up.

Suggested solution:

Just want them to unlock my account. They have my proof of identity enough to issue me a new card.
Also want to have an agent address the stolen funds instead of transferring me and never picking up
