My complaint:
All documents were submitted to Direct Express Estate Claims, Keith, and receipt was acknowledged by email on September 9, 2021 which stated that all required forms had been received and a check will be issued to the address you have provided. Reverence Ticket 11090603. No communication has been received since that date.
Suggested solution:
A check for the remaining balance on the card should be forwarded to the surviving spouse Bettina Fick, 2910 31st, Zion, Illinois, 60099.
