My complaint:
I need Direct Express to start a new claim like they said they would but never did ,I did exactly what direct express told me to do send in the claim form they denied my claim it was ssi money. I have a witness and the name of the thief didn’t report to police because I was threatened physical harm direct express denied my claim I thought anyone taking social security money was a crime I am in fear if my life I want out of direct express I pleaded for a reclaim and never received paperwork I HAVE WITNESS WHO SAW THE ILLIGAL Transaction TAKE PLACE IN A CITY I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE
