My complaint:
On 111321, I noticed an unauthorized transaction in the amount of $32.09. To make a long story short, I’ve been given a complete runaround, treated abusively by being on hold for at least 8 hours then they hang up. I asked a representative if Direct Express is making their clients absorb these unauthorized transactions as to which he was extremely rude and tap danced around the issue. I sent several faxes and they claimed they weren’t received. I can provide, not only my interaction with Direct Express but also several other people’s statements
Suggested solution:
Pay any attorney fees that may come from this matter . As far as getting my money back, I believe that is an inside joke to them
