My complaint:
i have not gotten my money from ssi and i asked to have the direct express card stopped and to get the paper checks and they sent the card to my old address and i did not get the card and now i am aboit to loose my placer cause i am not able to pay my rent due to the issue i spoke to them and i was on hold for three hours
Suggested solution:
i want to be sent the paper check or i want access to the money so i can get my money and pay my rent the way i need to and if they can allow me to use the card i have to take the money out i would appreciate it very much but i do not want to be dogged or disrespected by you guys.
