My complaint:
For there was a place I was supposed to move into I didn’t move there and I was supposed to get my money back I didn’t get my money back and I’m not happy with the situation and direct expression was not issue my money back I don’t know why I did not move into the place
Suggested solution:
Well I know I'm not satisfied I feel like if I didn't move into the place I should get my money back
