My complaint:

My card has been blocked every day for the 3 weeks I have called just about everyday I do exactly what is asked of me and I try to go the next day to get money and card is blocked, I’ve have waited for at 3 hours at one poin on hold this is ridiculous I have to pay bills everyday it is something new why my card is declining

Suggested solution:

Release my card if I could give them a zero I would
